Camping Port'land - News from Normandy

17th and 18th of April: Earth and Sea festival at Port en bessin.

1^st and 2^nd of May: Fête of the Marcy’s Mill at le Molay-Littry.
Around the 6th of June: D-DAY festival. Celebrations, commemorations, shows and meetings about the Allies’ landing and the liberation of Normandy.
Our campsite at Port-en-Bessin is located at the centre of all the important places to visit about world war two in Normandy.
18th, 19th and 20th of April: National championship of sand-yachting, at Asnelles.
19th and 20th of June: Normand festival of impressionism.
3rd and 4th of July: Medieval celebration of Bayeux. It’s a great moment combining music, fancy dress and craft shows in the medieval town of Bayeux. It’s also a good moment to visit the tapestry of Bayeux. It’s only 9kms from the camping.
6th and 7th of August: "Calvadose de rock" festival at Sully (Rock festival).
6th, 7th and 8th of August: "Rennaissance" Festival at Fontaine-Henry Castel.
14th and 15th of August: Fireworks all over the norman coast
13th and 14th of November: Celebration of scallops and festival of sea chantes of Europe, in Port-en-Bessin. This also is the end of the season for the campsite.
